Our team will oversee all planning details, logistics, coordination of vendors, and overall event facilitation starting with venue selection, negotiating contracts, and the construction of an event timeline along with budget analysis and tracking throughout the planning process. It is also our duty to also handle any unforeseen hiccups to ensure your event goes off without a hitch! If you’ve already selected a venue, congratulations! We can take it from here!

Our partial planning package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already found their perfect location and/or solidified most of their vendors and require less assistance than Caley becoming your new best friend with the Full Service option. Although Caley will still be your new best friend, this package is designed to give you and your fiance a more hands-on role in your planning activities with our professional guidance along the rest of the way down the aisle.
Pre-Wedding
